I see there has been a good bit of discussion in previous Local U threads (from 2018, 2019) about whether or not to include keywords in review responses. Now that we're well into 2022, does anyone have any new thoughts/insights about whether or not keywords in review responses are impactful?

It's pointless to do so. There is no SEO benefit to it. The point of the review replies to communicate with your clients and not spam the review with nonsense.

Based on some testing we did, the content in reviews doesn't even impact ranking. I've never seen anything that would indicate keywords in the responses have an impact either.
