Listed Hours for a SAB

Many SAB's have different hours for field work as they do for total opened time. For example, I do field work at customer's houses from 8AM-5PM but I accept calls from 7AM to 8PM.

What do you usually do for SAB's? Do you list their field hours on GMB or their open for calls hours?

I don't want people to see that I close at 5PM and call someone else after that time. But I also don't want people to see that I am open to 8PM and think that I would be willing to go out to work at that time.
