Local Post API is disabled for this location (Chains)

Had done many Google Local Posts before for all the locations of a particular business. Always had 25 locations for the past 2 years. Last post we did was maybe 3 months ago? So it looks like Google doesn't want broadcasting the same post to all locations? So is the only way around this to manually post through the GMB interface and no 3rd party apps using the API will work. I'm guessing Google did some sort of culling of the DB to automatically change the status to a 'chain business' that wasn't necessarily identified as a chain at the beginning?

The majority of tools cannot post to chains. DBA Platform has figured out some way around this so they currently have the ability to post for chains.
