Google recently suspended our company’s entire GBP account (50-60 locations) because one of the email accounts tied to it was restricted. We’ve gone through reinstatement, removed the restricted email, and most of our locations are now back up and running with reviews restored.

The problem: five of our locations are still marked as “not eligible for a Business Profile.”

These locations absolutely meet Google’s guidelines:

  • Permanent business signage is installed at each location.
  • Real physical addresses (no PO Boxes).
  • Unique landing pages and phone numbers for each office.
  • Staff on-site during stated business hours, serving customers at the location.
We’ve provided photos, signage, and documentation, but Google support continues to say they don’t qualify. We can’t figure out what we’re missing, because these offices operate just like the rest of our eligible locations.

Has anyone experienced this before, or know what additional evidence Google might be looking for when they say a location is “not eligible”? We have appealed and done the second appeal and the only response was this...

"We checked your account and it appears like your Business Profile isn’t eligible to display on Google because it violates the quality guidelines."

We are not trying to work a system or anything but we qualify for a GBP and are genuinely trying to stay within the policies and guidelines. Any advise would be helpful and appreciated as I feel like we must be missing something very clear.

One location for example- Business Profile ID: 649593858285522423

You can see permanent signage even on Google street view.

There is another completely different business on the other end of our building. Different entrances, signage, websites, phone, staff- completely different companies.
