I have a client who has raised a question regarding their Local SEO and Google My Business (GMB) presence. They own a business with four physical therapy locations, and we have set up their GMB profile and are running ads with the location extension. When searching for "Physical Therapy" on Google Maps in the area, their locations appear on the map.

However, the name of their business does not appear on the map, unlike other businesses in the same office park, such as a brewing company, a gun shop, and a bike store. I would appreciate any insights or advice on how to make the business name show up on the map, or why it may not be appearing.

It's worth noting that their locations have received over 200 five-star reviews, which is significantly higher than the surrounding businesses.

Can you share a link to the listing, or a screenshot of what you are seeing? Not sure how to diagnosis the issue if I can't see it

Google picks which businesses it shows. At this zoom level, it is somewhat unremarkable for Maps to prioritize the nearby hospitality business, even if it has significantly less reviews.

In Google Maps, there are locations that appear for other businesses but not for longevity. They have the business name added to each location.

This is a Google maps thing - it cannot be influenced by GBP. As far as I know, this is also influenced by individual search history and browser history.
