I have a weird issue that just 1 of our 378 locations on GMB ( large UK franchisor) has the Product Editor missing. GMB Support seems to be offer no explanation or solution other than to say that it is a 'technical issue' and a resolution will arrive some time. To me this makes no sense when 377 locations have the editor and 1 does not. All of our locations are franchise accountancy practices so the GMB data is pretty similar. Has anyone else encountered this or does anyone have a solution.
