Need Help Changing Our GMB Listing to 'Service'

Hey everyone,

I'm in a bit of a pickle with our Google My Business listing. We're all about servers and providing services in our local area, but for some reason, our GMB doesn't let us list ourselves as a service. It's like Google thinks we're selling products instead.

Has anyone else had this problem? I can't find the option to switch to 'service' anywhere in the GMB settings, and I don't want customers to get the wrong idea about what we do.

Looking for any tips on how to fix this or who to contact at Google to get our business category sorted out.

Hi Karson can you clarify what you mean by service? Are you trying to set up your profile so that the address is hidden from public view?
