This new button appears below the Quick Reply box on any thread.
You don't need to reply to the thread to bump it. Just click Bump. It will then reappear in the New Posts list again.
This is useful if you've asked a question and don't see a reply after a while. On a busy forum, it's easy to miss some threads. We also have an "Unanswered/Zero Replies" link on the top navigation bar but I admit I rarely remember to check that. The new bump feature should help in getting answers to your irgent questions.
There are restrictions on how often you can bump a thread - currently just one per day for regular members.
