I have a client I just set up a new Google Business Profile for his service area business and it was immediately suspended when I submitted it. I believe the problem is that we are using his home address and his home is a brand new home and doesn't even show up on Google maps yet. Google is flagging this as a deceptive listing. We want to appeal this, but the only document that he has showing the address will be his business license. Will that suffice for an appeal or is Google going to want more? He doesn't have any bills or other documents that show the address under the business name, just his personal name. What else can we do to prove to Google that this is a legit service area business?

Thank you!

Nope, that's not enough. I recommend they get either a Secretary of State or a DBA. Get a copy of his EIN paperwork and a utility bill under the company name. Google is making it extremely difficult to get reinstated. Reinstatements are also taking 4+ weeks.

Thank you very much for this information. We are working to try and get this all together before we appeal.
