New Local European Local listing removals Process

I came across today a new Google My Business Article about using European Data protection laws to remove local listings.

I believe this process will be useful if you use your name in the listing (sole traders and practitioners) and based in an EU country.

For people using trade names, I am afraid is not in the scope of the EU Law and this process will not help remove the listing.
