No Pindrop on Embed Link

We've been having this issue for a while now and have been through the ringer with GMB support team until they have finally announced that it is a "google maps issue, not a GMB issue". The issue is that when we type in the exact address and we try to get the embed link, there is no pin drop and the website is not accepting the link. Has this happened to anyone before? If so, what were the procedures taken to get a proper pindrop on the embed link? Thank you in advance!

Our issue is when on maps if you click "share" and "embed a map" it does not have a pin drop for our location.

Is it possible that the GMB listing puts #A on the first line of the street address? Suite numbers should go on the second line. Also, when doing an embed, you should search maps for the business, not the address.
