Non-profit SAB eligibility

A non-profit currently doesn't have a physical address but services their local area through weekly events at different locations. They help women survivors of abuse and trauma. They are getting office space in the next 6 months, however, there is always a chance something comes up and the office space doesn't pan out.

It's my opinion they would be eligible for a SAB profile until they get an office (or if they end up not getting an office), but I know Google has been changing things and some SABs are now ineligible for GBP.

Any other thoughts on their eligibility for a GBP?

They can have a SAB as long as they use their main address where the owner resides.
