I'm trying to to reach to reach Colan Nielsen , keyserholiday , JoyHawkins , ElizabethRule and JS Girard regurding a request for paid help with a serious matter we are facing , you can see the details below :

Paid help request: Fake appliance repair listing using our residential co-op address (Toronto)

Hello,

I manage New Frontiers Aboriginal Residential Corporation, a residential co-op at 425 Coxwell Avenue in Toronto, Ontario. We are looking for paid professional help to remove a fraudulent Google Business Profile listing.

An appliance repair company has listed our address on Google Maps without our permission. No such business has ever operated here, and we never allowed anyone to use our address. People looking for this company now show up at our building in person. This disturbs our residents and staff and raises real privacy and safety concerns for the people who live here.

Could you please let us know:
1. Whether you take on this kind of case
2. A realistic timeline. We are getting many complaints from tenants, it has become a serious disturbance, and our board has urged me to resolve this issue quickly.
3. Your fees, and whether you follow up if the listing comes back

Evidence:
- Offending Google Maps listing: https://maps.app.goo.gl/CNDa7h1PJBfhsTng6
- Video evidence showing no appliance repair business operates at our property: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1eo2j8E3D0OjpavYCwUnrzludqOQUvsWS
- Our organization's website, confirming 425 Coxwell Avenue is strictly a residential co-op: https://nfarc.ca/

I researched this fake company and also found that they pay for and buy positive reviews on Facebook, as you can clearly see here : https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61595323439719

Thank you,
Dan Merino

We already submitted over 10 redressal forms over the last 5 months unfortunately without success.

Is this something you can help get to the right set of eyes at Google? We are willing to pay for your assistance, as we really need to get this issue resolved.

Best,
Dan

Hi Dan, sorry you're dealing with this for 5 months. When 10+ redressal forms go nowhere, it's usually because each one is reviewed in isolation without strong proof. What tends to work better:
1. One evidence pack instead of repeat forms: photos of the building entrance and directory, a signed letter on co-op letterhead stating no business has ever operated there, and a short log of people arriving for "appliance repair" (dates, what they said).
2. Claim the address yourselves: create or verify a profile for the co-op as a residential building, so Google sees a verified owner at that address.
3. Google Business Profile Community thread with that evidence. That's where Product Experts can escalate a case internally, which forms alone don't do.
4. Check whether the listing is tied to a lead-gen network. Fake service listings often come in clusters with the same phone number, and reporting the whole cluster gets more attention.
We can put the evidence pack together, file it and run the escalation for you if that helps. Message me here or on Telegram @na_formate_ceo.
