How to remove this suspension - Can you guys help

I don't know who you tagged, nor why. They can't assist you. Did you or the client recieved an email from Google advising that they are unable to receive reviews? What is the primary category? Google has placed restrictions on certain categories, but I haven't seen this type of warning for those industries.
