What constitutes "proper signage" for GBP purposes? If your business listed on the onsite building directory board is that sufficient?

Usually that is sufficient. Sometimes they ask for more evidence if it's a co-working space or virtual office.

And this is perhaps the reason you and others have advocated for a normal lease - that Google has a suspicion about co-working/virtual arrangements?
