Hi-
If a person with an LSA account receives for example 40 calls a month and 20 of those calls are put down within like 15 seconds - I am assuming this is going to have a serioisly negative impact on the account?
I know LSA makes money from those calls.

I have a feeling there is a metric that monitors how long you are on call for?

For sure there is on their end, "responsiveness score" is calculated on a 90-day rolling basis.

What do you mean by "put down?" Disconnected, hung up on, wrong numbers, terminated calls...?
