Hi everyone,

When you receive this email from noreply after opening a ticket with support. Have they replied to you about your concern afterwards? Should I open another ticket? I feel like they closed the ticket with this email.

Sadly every single support ticket I've raised seem to get this dead-end email now. There used to be an option at the bottom which said, if it didn't answer your question, that you could request an agent follow up. They have now removed that.

That email was never any help and yet at least with the contact support, it was just a minor inconvenience. Now however, Google seem to feel it's such an amazing email no one needs any further support. They obviously haven't been on the receiving end of it. :mad:
