We would like to create a German GBP. But since it is impossible to rent a phone number without a company based in Germany (or does anyone have tips on where to get one?), we thought that we would use an Austrian number (neighboring country).
That means GBP with a German address, website, etc. but an Austrian phone number.
Would that be ok or a no-go? For our rankings.
Also, we want to know if it will affect our rankings in Google if we hide our phone number later... Does this have an impact? Is it ok?
