I provide local SEO and review management services for businesses that are mostly located near where I live. Recently a local "agency" has surpassed me not only in reviews but also in local ranking results.

The business appears to be a "branch" of a national agency. They have a location in a Regus Office that houses MANY other businesses.

When I click on the names of multiple people who have left reviews for this particular competitor, nearly all of the folks are Local Guides at Level 3; however, when I click on their names, almost always no reviews appear to have been posted by them, as you can see in this screenshot example: https://tinyurl.com/2c392mjs

Is there anyone like @keyserholiday who might want to look into this apparent fraud?!? Please let me know and I'll share the details.
