Remove Photo From Location Listing

Howdy,

We were contacted by a customer requesting to have a photo of them taken off our GMB listing. The photo is "By Customer" and I'm unable to remove it from the listing.

It looks like a person snapped a photo of the store interior that prominently features this mother and daughter. The mother (who doesn't know the photographer) is the one requesting the photo be removed.

Is there a way to take this down? The standard "report photo" options don't include this type of request.

If you post over on the GMB Support Forum we should be able to get the photo removed.

Notifications over on the forum are pretty bad so please post a link to that forum thread here once you've posted

Are you still seeing the image? It should have been removed now (I'm still seeing it, but think that is because it takes so long for servers to update between the US and Australia )
