Our client had an interviewee post a negative review on their GBP which we reported. However, nowhere is there the option to see the status of it. All we see is the ability to report reviews. We did get an email notification but there is nothing in here to see the status of the report. Are others having this same issue?

Hey Sarmcl,

Did you flag this with your agency account? We have been having this same problem for years with agency accounts, and Google is aware of the problem; unfortunately, it just hasn't been corrected yet. There are 2 things you can do to fix it. If you have access to the client's personal account that is not attached to the agency account, you can try and submit it using that. Or you can submit the issue to Google Support using this link and battle it out with this; when you do this, make sure to use the reason "Issue with Review Tool" and then select "Other" when it asks what your complaint is about.
