Reviews Not Showing Up

We are trying to get reviews to our law firm but only have been able to get 1 review to appear. We have had other customers leave reviews, and they show us screenshots of the review left, but they never appear on our actual business profile.

Do you have any advice on what I should do? Is contacting Google support an option?

Right now there's also a filter that tends to block the first review left by a user in Google Maps, AND one that hits reviews left using the link that Google itself tells you to use. It's a terrible two-knock for business and some serious incompetence on Google part IMO.

I'm not sure the first reviewer being blocked is true at all - I see tons of single-reviews publishing. I'm also not sure the Google link is true anymore either.

Good thing if so. Sadly we are not seeing much of a difference for our own clients yet.

You can for sure but everyone I know that has tried that has gotten nowhere.

Yep, it's a very frustrating situation for anyone who is trying to get more Google reviews for their own company or their clients.
