Reviews with no Quality Rating?

I noticed today that Google's listing has a bunch of recent reviews that show up at the top and they have no quality ratings beside them (usually the reviews will say poor or excellent etc). Has anyone noticed this on other listings, or is this just Google?

Good catch Eagle-eye Joy! I need to start paying more attention.

I looked at Google Mountain View's reviews due to that thread at the G forum earlier today too,
but I didn't even notice the quality rating was missing. Interesting...
