I have a client with co-located offices. They want to have unique local phone numbers for each. These would both route to a single help desk.
  • Is this a problem? (rerouting a local phone number)
  • If so, any suggestions?
  • Any problems using VOIP?
  • This may be an obvious question... I assume getting a new phone # is as simple as contacting the local telcom, yes?
They are distinct businesses with distinct tax ids, so that should make it clear that they are unique.
Nope, not a problem at all. Just be careful as Google has been suspending business profiles for minor edits and they are taking 30 days to reply.
