See More Hours - Clicking on this doesn't open panel in SERP

Coworker brought this to my attention. When you click on "See More Hours" on Desktop Knowledge Panel via Google search, you do not get the pop-up window with the multi-department hours like you usually do. Nothing happens.

Same business in mobile yields mixed results. A click opens the hours; however some mobile users can see only the primary hours. Other users are seeing multiple department hours on mobile.

Anyone else seeing the same?
