Several Brightlocal Settings Turned Off

Hi, I recently had something weird happen where my settings on Brightlocal were changed so that Google Local Pack data is set to off in the overall Rank Tracker settings (image 1), but also on individual location settings, most locations have all the options deselected (image 2). I didn't change these settings, and the other SEO guy I work with didn't either. Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar.

Is it possible this is a Brightlocal glitch or is this only possible through a manual change? We can't explain it.
