Shopify local feed visible only for one account?

THe Agency connected to a client is complaining that they cannot edit products because all they see is a message about a shopify feed:

We do not see this message, just the normal product editing window. When the agency lady clicks on "view products" it only shows the products as a visitor, not as a manager. We don,t know what sees with "manage on merchant center" but on our side, it seems to indicate that no Merchant center feed actually exists because it prompts to create one.

Since this is a realtor, a product feed is pretty ridiculous and she needs to be able to remove properties no longer on the market ASAP lest the client gets into trouble with regulatory authorities...

Well, the person who was complaining about it had no idea where it was coming from. Though our clients occasionally have them, we ourselves never deal with Merchant Center stuff at our agency (weird business model etc. etc.), so we were completely in the dark.

In the end, we invited her with a different email and she was no longer blocked, though we still have no idea what exact process on her end caused this to occur.
