Shown vs Hidden Address on Google Maps

Does a business with an address rank better in maps than one with hidden due to it being a residential office?
 
The information is over a year old. Is there anything more current about this issue?
 
No, but I haven't seen anything that would make me think anything has changed in that aspect.
