Small Business - Weird Part of Editorial Summary?

Anybody seen the below? Is this pulling from somewhere, or is it a part of the editorial summary?

I believe that's an actual attribute that you can select.

If this were Google Merchant Center I would agree, the small business attribute isn't available in GBP. Or at least I can't find it. I've looked everywhere. I can't unselect anything.
