Something triggered GBP "Verification Processing" and we can't access the account, so my client's GBP is in limbo. Whenever we try to make an update we get a "Verification Processing" message and can't do anything. But their account was verified years ago and has been fine up until now. Not sure what triggered this and how to fix it. I tried GBP help but that was worthless. Any idea what to do here?
 
Does anybody have access to the GBP? If they do, they need to complete the verification process.
 
Plus, if I log in via the main Google Business Profile page, showing the pages I manage https://business.google.com/ is says the business is verified. Here's the message we get when we try to edit the GBP account...

This is a bug. It hasn't been officially recognized by Google but I've been seeing it for months.

To summarize: While your Business Profile tells you that the verification is processing, the verification tool sees it as verified. (Check the verification tool to confirm: https://support.google.com/business/workflow/12825603)

In the verification tool, on that same page that tells you the profile is verified, you should see a "Contact us" link. (The screen you see might look a little different, and the contact link might be somewhere else on the page.)

Clicking that link will take you to a form you can use to contact the support team. Explain the problem and they should be able to help.
