Trying to verify new business at same building/address as different business - video verification insights

Client has an established hvac company and is starting a new roofing company (different name/brand, logo, phone, website, etc, etc.) - wants to run the roofing company out of the same building/address - it's a completely separate "office" but same building.

Tried video verification for the roofing company and it failed. When you go "Review Issues" - it asks if "this is your business" and gives several options including the hvac company. When you select none of these - you just end up back at video verification with no info otherwise.

Is it going to be possible to get this new roofing company verified at the same location as the hvac company?

What "tips/tricks" to get it past the fact that it shares an address with hvac company?

Or did they just do a poor job on the video potentially?

Yes, you can. You need to show in the video that it’s a different business. Make sure the phone and website are different. Make sure that the suite is left off or is different. You can contact support and have them perform a video call.
