We’re trying to get verified for the appliance repair company in San Diego. After filming and uploading the video the system kept saying “processing, can take few minutes” for several days, and then it returned to the exact same state as it was before the video creation.
Should we re-film the video? Or what else? Don’t want to trigger the system and bury ourselves even deeper.
