Video verification rejected twice for residential HVAC SAB (cul-de-sac layout)

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with a verification and I'm looking for some help and recommendations. The automated video verification for an HVAC Service Area Business (SAB - address hidden) has been rejected twice stating that the surroundings are not sufficiently shown. The business operates from a home office located on a dead-end street (cul-de-sac). Capturing standard street signs or adjacent businesses is physically impossible because: 1. The street name sign is located far at the beginning of the road, beyond the continuous recording distance and time limit. 2. The area is purely residential, with an empty lot directly across the street and no commercial landmarks nearby. The submitted video already demonstrates the residential house number on the building and mailbox, the owner unlocking the property with personal keys and accessing the workspace, commercial documents (LLC registration, tax ID, business liability insurance, and utility bills matching the address), as well as the branded work van, specialized HVAC tools, manifold gauges, and equipment. Has anyone successfully bypassed this specific residential cul-de-sac issue, or is contacting Google Support for a live video call/manual review the only viable path forward at this stage?
