We have added a question to one of our client's Google My Business listings and the question and answer keep disappearing. When we are signed in on an account that manages the profile we can see it, but when we use our personal email to check the listing for it, it's no longer there. We have tried deleting the question and then adding it again, but we still get the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this?
