Website change is accepted, but not displayed?

In my bug compendium, I've noted the not uncommon bug where a name change has been accepted in the dashboard, but is not displayed on Maps. Usually when we encounter this, the English name has changed while the French name, which is the one that matters, has been unaffected.

We've recently ran into a similar bug with the website. The backend shows that the website has been accepted, but the profile does not display it in either language. I've even gone through suggestions and manually accepted through the email. This is usually very efficient for the name bug, but here it seems to have no effect whatsoever.

Has anyone run into this bug before?

When you go to change the name, are you adding the English name and the French name separately? Is the French name listed first as the primary name?

The website edit being approved in the dashboard but not displaying live in Google maps lends to an issue with GBP and Google Maps not properly working together, and you need to reach out to support for that.

There is no name issue with this particular GBP, only with the website. I was just mentioning the name bug because it's a similar bug we've ran into before on many occasions.

It appears that the website issue has fixed itself now, luckily.
