This section used to be included in the policy, but not seeing it..

Appears parts have been broken up and included in other sections..

How this came about - a client told me the other day that they are requesting former employees to leave reviews. Based on the "Conflict of Interest" section below, I (may have incorrectly - since it now appears to be MIA) told them that it was against Google policies. Appears that Google is now allowing former employees to leave positive reviews, but screening the negative ones (per "Off-topic" section which states "We don’t allow content which contains ... personal rants.") (This is walking a fine line based on how the "Fake engagement" section reads, although it is in reference to "customer" and not former employees)

That's strange that they removed it. It is still an option when flagging a review.
