Why does "Claim this Business" only show up on mobile, not desktop?

Does "Claim this Business" only show up on mobile searches? I don't see it on desktop searches. Why is that?

@Memkart where the "Claim this Business" appears varies. For instance, for a claimed listing, you typically see it on search, in the knowledge panel, but not when you pull it up on Google Maps. Just know that it varies by device and where you are searching (maps, search).
