How to claim a business that doesn't display the "claim this business" option.

Hi, I'm having problems with claiming ownership of a company profile.
I am legtime to request access as I am the reponsbale of my company's google business profiles.

The GBPs exist and appear in Gmap.
The company does not show the "claim this profile" option.
And in the "add a company" tool, the profile doesn't appear either. Here's the link to the tool:

I don't know the person who manages the profile and I can't contact her.

So my question is: How can I own and manage this profile?

the address is displayed but only the zip code and city, not the street name and number.

Ironically, I'm a little familiar with the address problem in France.

So this is a company in one of those areas where there aren't really any addresses (or at least where there weren't any when the profile was created)? I admit that I'm a little taken aback, I just tested with a profile in the same circumstances, and I don't see any problems. Are you sure there are no typos in the profile when you try to search for it?

We have had issues in the past with customers using special characters (e.g. math characters to write the company name in bold), could this be a situation like this?

Hello !

There is a special caracther "-" in the name.
Here is the link to the GBP, it is a train station with the name of the city in it : Aix-en-Provence TGV · 13290 Aix-en-Provence, France
When i type in the search tool it display other near located GBP that also have the name of the city in it.
The city is "Aix-en-Provence"

I am destitute.
