Hello,
I have been managing the GBP of this company for several years, the entries have been approved by bulk verification for a long time.
Now I need to fix the error in post, but I can't find how: the business profile is not displayed on the right, and if I find the company through search, it is displayed as not owned by the owner and I can't edit anything. I tried everything I could think of: through maps, through my mobile phone, I added the entry to another account... nothing. Maybe someone has encountered this?

I’m facing the same issue with 3 of my clients’ Google Business Profiles — they’re not showing as owned, and I can’t edit them. Other clients' profiles are displaying fine, so this seems like a specific bug or access issue.

Hello Artaz_S,

its a google bug that is happening with a lot of people lately. so your profile has no issue at all. google is trying to fix this bug anyway.

you can find that this matter is already discussed in this forum.

There has been several weird things about managing GBP profiles the last couple of weeks. First it was Posts, then it started with Q&A too. Today the overall functionality is slow to respond. For example when you go to edit Services this morning there is a delay then it opens and then behind the popout for Services the page refreshes and you lose the GBP dashboard. Hopeful they get things back to normal soon.
