Yahoo Ranking Factors

Quantity of reviews seems to be a major ranking factor in Yahoo Local.

Has anyone observed any other common factors among top ranking local listings on Yahoo?

From what I'm seeing, Colan, it looks like the more reviews a business has on Yahoo, the higher they rank in comparison to their competitors. That may or may not be true for every category, but it does seem to be pretty common.

So the more a business spams, the higher their ranking?

I can't understand why the public is using Google over Yahoo; obviously Yahoo is going to give the end users much more relevant results. ಠ_ಠ
