I was just commenting on the visual aspect of the form where it states the website is optional but doesn't state that for the phone number. I have never set up a GBP with no phone number myself so I have no direct experience with that aspect.
It doesn't look like the phone number is optional on the form. You could always proceed with a personal cell phone number and then update the phone number after the approval (you risk the need to re-verify at that point changing core info).
Depending on your IVR, some have the ability to...
I go into auto pilot mode with forms so I can't tell you 100% if this is the case, but sometimes you have to "crack the code" for the phone number syntax . . . in the case that you select the US flag the country code of "1" is usually implied and you enter the 10 digits no spaces, no dashes, no...

Yesterday I submitted the first appeal and the 5 documents I included:
- Incorporation paper
- Journeyman certificate of the owner of the business for the HVAC industry with the address
- Business bank statement with company name and address
- Business cc statement with company name and address...
Just a quick question, the actual results seem to be more commonly from the second appeal and the first appeal seems to take a longer time to get a response to.
Is it a better idea just to submit the first appeal just to get the ball rolling quicker to the second one?
Two weeks ago I had the option for domain email verification & SMS verification (we went with the SMS) with a new GBP they are a pick up/mail in electronics repair shop that is a SAB.
I added the domain during the GBP wizard and so far the listing is up and running.
That's not a bad idea, I also have a couple of invoices from suppliers with the company name as the purchaser.
I'm waiting for the BBB & Yellowpages listings to be approved before the first appeal.
Canadian company, I see it listed on MRAS Business Registry Search.
Submitted the BBB listing request . . . haven't seen any confirmation yet though, does the follow up from them usually happen via email or an actual call?
@adammaxum this is the only industry so far this year that I ran into...
