That seems like the reversed order of operations that should be followed. If I closed the GBP that's ranking in the wrong location before creating a new one (and likely having to video verify it), won't that interfere with the possibility of getting those reviews transferred to another GBP?

One last related question, should the customer create a new GBP using the same Google Account attached to the original?

I would say the business owner should have one domain-based email and one Gmail account. I have encountered several instances where business owners don't renew their domain name on time and lose it.

If you deactivate "keep your profile up to date" and then click the back arrow, it doesn't get saved. If you X out the dialog box, it does get saved.

It looks like this customer is all good. Like I mentioned the GBP is visible and everything shows verified. It was just weird to see so many emails that close together within like a minute and a half of each other, two of them saying suspended and one saying that was approved. Primary category...

It seems likely that the suspension just for changing hours was probably not intentional behavior, which is why the suspension was turned around so quickly. People change hours all the time in their businesses so I can't see that being a factor that puts a GPP at risk?

This is definitely a first for me. 24 hours later, so probably about 23 hours after the customer submitted their first appeal, there was a message this morning at 6:32 Arizona time that the profile had been suspended. Then a message slightly later in that same minute that said the appeal was...

He did submit his initial appeal already with his business license and a copy of his insurance. Does anyone have any experience with what kind of turn around time there is for an approval or a denial of the first appeal these days?
