It seems likely that the suspension just for changing hours was probably not intentional behavior, which is why the suspension was turned around so quickly. People change hours all the time in their businesses so I can't see that being a factor that puts a GPP at risk?

He did submit his initial appeal already with his business license and a copy of his insurance. Does anyone have any experience with what kind of turn around time there is for an approval or a denial of the first appeal these days?

I am also seeing a majority of removed reviews returned across all my GBP categories. The original restaurant I posted about in this thread was up to I think 300 reviews deleted/hidden and now they are at 15.

More reviews removed every day since Feb 15. There were also a bunch January 17 through 20. It seems to be across the same 28 locations (about half of the total I manage on LV) and the primary categories are: Accountant Auto repair shop Bar Barber shop Bathroom remodeler Car detailing service...

It looks to be #3 in my case, but some of the reviews are coming back.

I specifically checked my locations with lower reviews (under 50) and the reviews are definitely removed from public view. Also, logging directly into the GBP admin, the number of reviews in the summary shows the total including the removed reviews, but doesn't actually show any of the removed...

I just had 20 "new" reviews show up for the original restaurant location dated 2015 through 2025 as well as 2 "new" images dated 2024 . . . that at least gives a little hope that something is being adjusted and things may settle down a bit.

Just got notified of another round of removals including another 12 for the same restaurant location at the start of this thread (plus I noticed there were 3 removed on Sunday) for a total of 91 removals in the last 3 days for that location.
