Have you investigated that there isn't a duplicate listing or any other listings with different names with same phone number and address? Or that the business title is reflecting how the business appears in "the real world"?
There are several variables that can affect why it gets suspended...
Yes, that makes sense. But I have never seen the rate of suspensions and reverifications like it is now..
In my case, it does not matter what I do, even if I am 100% that the edit is following the guidelines laid out.

You’re right in that when using brand and location, it shows up “like it should”. I get a feeling it shows up like this because there are more then 1 location which has the same website etc, and this is how they group them together when the algorithm can decide which location you actually want...
So there are multiple departments for this business, but when searching for the general term, there seem to be a summary of some sorts on the right side.

Yeah.. I need them to have access themselves, and not rely on me as I have so much work - and the less I get dragged out of focus, the better.
The only real option I have seen so far is using an API until we can create a custom API ourselves..
