Sorry to resurrect an old thread but this is the post that was surfaced by my search of the entire localsearchforum.
@Colan Nielsen Is there any way to find the Business Profile ID # for a business that has not yet been added into a dashboard?
It's a catch 22 that the Business Profile ID # is...
My workplace has frequently seen "video verification" prompts (Which as an aside are a real pain to coordinate with remote clients.) The only thing really unique about this particular client/listing is that the current owner (agency) is semi-hostile and not cooperating with the transfer. Weird...
In the docs here I see:
so I guess "Law firm" businesses are eligible(?)
Anyways... annoyingly I hit a dead end with trying to create a ticket (via https://support.google.com/business/gethelp) for the matter since almost every option from the form's choices given requires entering a "Business...
Anyone have some suggestions as to what might be able to be done to get claim on a Google Maps listing when there's a nation-wide postal strike going on that's preventing postcard delivery?
It was the only verification method available at the time to recover the previously claimed listing from...

Refilled it, checked the "preferred" star icon, and saved it. Now says "Under review"

Thought: Is it being marked as closed by the previous admin (Owner level) Google account that you presently have the login for, and then a new listing created with the same Google account? (That *could*(?) potentially have an impact. I am guessing though.)
Curious, is there a way to suggest an edit to a business’ covid related “Health and Safety” details?
For example if you’ve visited a business a few times and personally observed that staff are not adhering to their stated measures at all
