I too have found a bunch of clients now lumped together as "Locations" of a single company (that company being our agency)
Things definitely need rejigging.
Think we're going to have to start creating Apple IDs for clients now in addition to Google accounts so they can retain ownership of...
Thanks. We've recreated it and are going to check and make sure all the practitioners are set as "Located within" the main business.
Also the previous agency Had made all the Practioner's listings have titles in the syntax of
"Firstname Lastname - Company Inc."
which is a bit keyword stuffy...
A client originally came to us with a GMB group containing 37 places. One being their single office location, and the other 36 being practitioner listings.
Today I received an email from Google saying:
Logging into Google as the client and going to Business Profile Manager shows the listing...
I know of a husband and wife that are running two separate businesses out of the same residential address without issue. Both of their listings are set as that they do not serve customers at that location.
I have seen people successfully bury unflattering photos of the “business” (Fedex store PO box) by uploading literally hundreds of other garbage graphics. Original photo can’t even be seen now.
Client I know was using this feature still had it showing up in Search but in GMB it was blanked out.
Refilled it and saved it. No change.
Refilled it, checked the "preferred" star icon, and saved it. Now says "Under review"

Thought: Is it being marked as closed by the previous admin (Owner level) Google account that you presently have the login for, and then a new listing created with the same Google account? (That *could*(?) potentially have an impact. I am guessing though.)
Curious, is there a way to suggest an edit to a business’ covid related “Health and Safety” details?
For example if you’ve visited a business a few times and personally observed that staff are not adhering to their stated measures at all
Yeah but it’s all reviews now going forward, good or bad. No matter what I post, it’ll be hidden to all but me. Obviously I can’t contact Google every time I post a review.
Well at least I know it’s not just me that was a bit stumped by this predicament.
Categories for the most recent 4 reviews in order of newest to oldest:
No category/unclaimed(?) (Metal supplier)
Barbershop
Foam rubber supplier
Rug store
The one in India is not showing but the photo that was attached to the review is showing and is their primary photo now.
I've managed to get myself apparently soft suspended on my personal Google account from leaving reviews (Good or bad) on any businesses on Google Maps.

This happened about a week ago...
Wow. Very cool.
Curious as to why you didn't post a direct link to it? Would that be against the board rules or something? Or is it better for people to be Googling the name? ;-)
