Google Verification Postcards + Postal Strike

Anyone have some suggestions as to what might be able to be done to get claim on a Google Maps listing when there's a nation-wide postal strike going on that's preventing postcard delivery?

It was the only verification method available at the time to recover the previously claimed listing from the former agency holding the listing hostage.

Postcard request was made on Sept 15th just before the strike started.

As far as I was aware the postcard method was stopped two years ago. You can contact support and advise that there are no additional methods available to verify.

In the docs here I see:

Important: Verification through postcard isn’t available for all businesses. We recommend that you try the options available to you. If you’re still unable to verify your business, contact support.

so I guess "Law firm" businesses are eligible(?)

Anyways... annoyingly I hit a dead end with trying to create a ticket (via https://support.google.com/business/gethelp) for the matter since almost every option from the form's choices given requires entering a "Business Profile ID #" which is a number that isn't available to us to view at this point with an unverified listing. We have no access yet to view the listing via http://business.google.com (which just redirects to the page in the screenshot above). And the support form option for "I need support for a different issue" is completely broken within Google's form.
