I am not receiving GMB verification postcards

Hi

I have tried to get a GMB listing verified by post and i haven't received any postcards, can i verify it by phone as an agency working on behalf of a client.

Hi Oliver,

If the verification postcard doesn't arrive or you do not receive mail at your business address here is what you should do:

1. Request the postcard anyway
2. After five to ten days contact GMB Support via Twitter @GoogleMyBiz
3. Explain that you have requested the postcard and it has not arrived

Google should be able to help you get verified manually as long as your business meets the eligibility requirements.

Note: I just did a new postcard verification and the message was "it should arrive in about 12 business days".

It did, I think. Maybe a couple of days longer but it was interesting to me that they've dropped the old "4 days" statement.
