We've been reporting legitimate spam for one of our customers, a plumber for several months, with absolutely no luck from the SPAM team at Google. Yes, we've used the Redressal form. Is that team still there?

Just an fyi for me it took 2-3 weeks following video verification to get this resolved.

Thanks everyone.. Yes finally after contacting Google we did have a video verification call. After that it still took them 2-3 weeks to actually move my client but they DID finally do it.

We have been trying to move a PI Attorney's office for 2 months.. have verified with a postcard twice and GBP just wont move them! Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

I have the same thing happening for my client.. We've received 15-20 fake positive 5 star reviews recently. My customer doesn't use anyone else to soliicit reviews we only use Gatherup. We were hit by a bunch of negative reviews last year and reported them and maybe 50% of those were removed...

It doesn't look like I'm affected by the KS bug.. I'm just NOT showing up on Google. Very frustrating when the entire first page is full of SPAM listings.
