Did they ever move? Typically when a SAB doesn’t rank, it because they moved or they never set up any citations.

There is no separate and dedicated support of bulk verified accounts. You need to contact support and if that doesn’t work, post on the help forum. Make sure to grab screenshots of either the review notifications or reviews themselves.

How are the new pages being crawled? Are you resubmitting the sitemap? Are you manually submitting each one? Like @Conor Treacy asked, are you seeing any error messages?

Only Google and Apple Maps require that you hide the address. If you set up Yelp and show the address, they will create an Apple listing for you. Don’t claim it.

I have seen service area businesses (SABs) perform well. Most SABs don't focus on SEO or citation services. The ones that do perform the best.

GBPs can be ranked far from where they are verified, depending on multiple factors. 1. How close they are to their nearest competitor 2. How many competitors are in the area 3. How well their SEO is. In most of the markets I view, the top three ranking GBPs rank far away.
