You can use:
A copy of the lease of the address is showing
A link to the BBB listing if the business did accredited.
It could be the AI or team not liking the documents. I have heard of cases where nothing gets changed and the listing gets reinstated after multiple tries. I’d lost in the help...
To play it safe, find a way to extract the reviews. You can use Yext, PlacesScout, or any tool to grab the names, text, and links ot the reviews. Create an export and save it. Next, create a new GBP and complete the video verification. Once that is done, contact support. Tell them that you have...
A few years ago, when Google removed the hidden address from the backend, it ruined moving a SAB. If they initially created the GBP in the small town, then Google still has them listed at the original address. What you need to do is create a new GBP at their current address and ask Google to...
It’s extremely difficult to tell you what to fix when we can’t see the details of your GBP. It could be several things:
1. A salesy business description
2. Having service areas over two hours from your location
3. Incorrect business hours
4. Address entered incorrectly, ie you didn’t put suite...
There is no separate and dedicated support of bulk verified accounts. You need to contact support and if that doesn’t work, post on the help forum. Make sure to grab screenshots of either the review notifications or reviews themselves.
Have you updated the citations for all of the locations? Do you have a bulk verified account for the brand? I would update all of the citations with the new brand name and get a bulk verified account asap.
From what I am seeing, there appear to be three things happening at once.
1. The 5-day review bug. Reviews are being deleted five days after they are posted.
2. There is an issue with the API. The API is not able to fetch the reviews
3. There appears to be a review removal sweep.
So, if you...
It seems that there are several issues at play here.
I keep hearing about the 5-day review bug issue. It appears that Google is removing reviews five days after they have been posted. The last link you posted stated they recieved 260 reviews last week and Google removed 100 of them. Here is one...
Something happened. I am getting conflicting signals. Some people are claiming it’s an API issue, whereas other are claiming that Google removed reviews. Nobody is giving concrete data and examples.
Even if you get somebody to reply to that thread, they won't be able to do anything for you.
Here is what you need to add.
1. The link to your new GBP.
2. One of the following: the link to your old GBP, the CID, or the Place ID to the original GBP. The place ID is:

This is the guy who helps keep me making money. Well, not this guy, but people like him. They create fake lead generation GBPs and sell the leads. Their competitors or their marketing companies hire me to report and remove the fake GBPs.
Yes, it was removed at least two years ago. They are under a new CEO. I am in the final stages of developing an alternative. I am looking for a few beta testers.
The new BrightLocal Consumer review study is out. They ask interesting questions about punishment for businesses that engage in fake reviews. What punishments would you like to see?
So far, Google has
1. Deleted fake reviews
2. Deleted the accounts that posted the reviews
3. Locked down...
First off, there is no TOS violation with having a Virtual Office (VO). You can have one as long as the office has permanent signage and is staffed during the posted business hours.
In order to get reinstated, you need to provide Google with documentation that each Google Business Profile (GBP)...
How are the new pages being crawled? Are you resubmitting the sitemap? Are you manually submitting each one? Like @Conor Treacy asked, are you seeing any error messages?
Have you set up Google Search Console? Have you submitted the XML sitemap? Have you manually submitted each new URL? What other steps have you attempted?
When you update the address, Google is going to make you verify via video. From what I am hearing is within a few days of getting verified, the profile is getting suspended. Make sure your paperwork is updated with the new address, prior to making the switch.
You can have two GBPs. You can keep...
Only Google and Apple Maps require that you hide the address. If you set up Yelp and show the address, they will create an Apple listing for you. Don’t claim it.
GBPs can be ranked far from where they are verified, depending on multiple factors.
1. How close they are to their nearest competitor
2. How many competitors are in the area
3. How well their SEO is.
In most of the markets I view, the top three ranking GBPs rank far away.
