Nope, I meant deleting a folder. Had someone removed people with access to the folder, Google would have sent an email alert. If you delete a folder that stores GBPs, those GBPs get deleted. I have seen this happen on several occasions.
Each new GBP will need to be video verified. You will have a difficult time getting any of them verified. In the off chance that you get them verified, you will get suspended with a few days. The reinstatement process is extremely difficult to pass. Don’t even attempt it.
It's a losing battle. As you stated, your edits are either rejected or the names get reverted after the fact. Ignore it and move. You won't win or get any real actionable results.
NAP hasn’t been a ranking factor in over 6 years.
A. Google doesn’t use suite numbers as part of the ranking factors.
B. You can use various tracking numbers and Google won’t penalize you.
C. You can add keywords to your GBP and not update your other citations and see an uptick in rankings...
