Just reporting this for the records. I have a client that has received new reviews over the last 10 days. Reviews are listed but the review count has dropped 3 times in 4 days. Total should be 46 but has now dropped to 34! Quite distressing for the client.
Thanks @Stefan Somborac but I just end back where is started, There is no access restriction. I manage several locations for this business and several other GBPs with the same account and no other location has an issue.
Did you get anywhere with this? I have the same issue and it seems we are not alone with many posts online about it. No one on the GBP forum responds to queries about this issue.
I feel like a lot of these questions such as "do you think AI will ever replace x,y or z" are bit like asking someone in 1965 if we'll ever have hand held devices that can make video calls.
Not sure about the rest of the world but in the UK times are hard. Apparently 1M people have recently cancelled their broadband subscriptions. We are not in recessions but it feels like one.
I have one client in particular - a decorator, that is seeing a sharp fall in demand. Unfortunately, he's...
Not sure if this means anyhting but I noticed that the notification has changed from disabled to "Verification Required" in the GBP dashboard. However, when I click on get verified it redirects to the main Google results page for the business name with the disabled dialogue.

and for 2) will all other business that use virtual offices in this way (of which there are millions) start getting disabled?
Almost any search I do shows violating businesses in the top 3. For example...
If you are referring to the Rentokil example then it looks like it is the home address of there technicians which means there won't be any signage and the address will need to change regularly with staff turnover. If you search Yell for rentokil in one of those metro areas, it's a home address...
So
1) how are a company like rentokil able to target every town without an address on maps or having offices with signage? - ,[55.8942583,-3.7709021]]']rentokil
2) will all other business that use virtual offices in this way (of which there are millions) start getting disabled?
3) can we...
sorry if i am being stupid but why are thy outside of compliance if TOS states a virtual office is acceptable for a SAB? Surely there are lots of businesses that operate from homes that don't have signage but have remote workers servicing locations as SAB's via virtual offices?
