We are looking to publish +30 service descriptions (services + descriptions) across +200 locations.
We can add the Service via a GMB import - but not the actual description of that service. Is there a way to bulk upload these?

We have a case where GMB generates approx. 10-20% of all leads across hundreds of locations in several countries. GMB generates a vast amount of Store visits too. This while the company invest heavily in other channels too.

No. Unfortunately not.
We ended up requesting access to each location again. We now have all locations verified again.
We never received an explanation from GMB support.

I received the following from Google eventually.
The 'Manage this listing' cannot be removed unless the business is in sensitive verticals.
We are seeing several major brands/chains that have had the "manage this listing" removed on GMB listings - McDonald's, Starbucks etc.

Indeed. GMB support says it is because the primary owner has removed us from the account or removed the listings from our login. We are the primary owner so that cannot be the case.
The account is bulk verified.
All listings are still live on Google and the listings still look verified when searched for.
We handle +300 listings for the same company in other countries. There are no issues on these business accounts.

We saw a decline in sessions from GMB posts in August 2018 and again as noted in October. However we are seeing a slight increase in the first weeks of January.
This is a retailer and data is across 70 locations.
